Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted Chickpeas Ingredients

1/2 cup of dried chickpeas (garbanzo beans) OR 1 12oz. can, drained

2 tbsp olive oil

Seasonings: garlic salt, salt, cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them off. In a bowl, toss beans with olive

oil and seasonings.

3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until browned. Watch them

carefully so they don't burn.

4. Serve and enjoy!
