Meeting Minutes
“Minutes” are the notes taken and the documents submitted during official meetings, such as committee and sales reports. The Co-op’s minutes are compiled by the secretary and published here within one week of each meeting. They are a legal record.
Here are the official minutes documenting the meetings held by and for the Co-op, including the regular meetings hosted by the Board of Directors on the last Wednesday of each month (except in November and December, when they are held mid-month). Additional meetings are noted as such; e.g., “Emergency Meeting.” We also hold a General Membership meeting once per year, at which the previous fiscal year’s financials are presented and the full membership votes in annual elections. Since March 2020, meetings have been conducted remotely via Zoom.
